Readme WIP
To-Do
- Fix loading env vars (for example S3 env vars) - they should not be optional, but they are so build can go though
- Allow users to create new users under their tenant, but not under any other tenants. (currently they can't assign any tenant)
- Create a more granular permissions, that would allow creating a tenant-manager under a tenant, that would manage users. And hide the user menu for others.
Development
RustFS (object storage)
For dev purposes, rustfs is configured in docker compose. By default an init container bootstraps a new bucket payload that can be accessed on port 9000 (rustfs:9000 in docker network, localhost:9000 on host) with credentials rustfsadmin:rustfsadmin.
Admin interface is reachable on localhost:9001 with same credentials. It can be useful for showing the bucket contents and other debugging.
RustFS is not and won't be used in production! It's a vibecoded slop and is not suitable for production deployment. Production will be running on distributed Garage cluster.
