+### Game Lessons
+## Don't take Instagram
+During the game, taking Instagram might seem tempting. Its benefits:
+- Easier for a girl to give
+- Protects your ego
+
+But that's it. The claim is: **If she won't give you her number, do you think she would suck your cock?** Remember this forever: **Time is the most important commodity.** Wasting time on girls with such low interest is pointless.  
+That time could be spent approaching more girls. Yes, you'll get more rejections, but if you're afraid of rejections, you shouldn't even game. Rejection is part of the game.

+### Example of taking a girl's IG
+- She might not follow you/unfollow later/block you.
+- If she's hot, there are lots of guys hitting her up: random people, mutual friends, colleagues, etc. You're associating yourself with that crowd.
+- She might not like an old selfie you posted years ago.
+- Most importantly, she wasn't very interested in you to begin with.

+### Practical Implications
+If a girl insists on IG, the optimal response:  
+**"I'm too busy with work, and IG wastes too much of my time. That's why I deactivated it."**  
+Most people can relate to wasted time on apps, and it makes you look high-value.
+
+Also, don't just ask for her number or IG. First, suggest meeting up. When she agrees, open your dial pad and give it to her. This prevents IG objections.
+
+### When to take Instagram
+Never.  
+But if she's in a hurry and refuses to give her number, you can take IG. This usually means the interaction was less than 30 seconds.  
+If you can't get her number even in a 2-minute interaction, either she's not interested, or your game is weak.

+Even in this case, try to get her phone number through IG DM.

+### Delete IG
+You're probably not an influencer. IG and X have become toxic, and there's too much misinformation on these apps. Give yourself a treat and delete IG. You're scrolling random reels, checking out girls you'll never fuck, and getting spammed by memes from friends.  
+On average, people waste 1-2 hours on IG daily. Imagine spending that time gaming.
